Project 52 week 9 Pasta Carbonara with Leeks

I made this for the kids for dinner last night and we were talking that the best pasta we had was in Italy , my husband made us pasta carbonara one night in the kitchen of a beautiful villa tucked away in Perugia.

If we could move tomorrow I would move to Italy.

I looked the recipe for this dish on Pinterest there is where I find inspiration for the kitchen these days.
